Dividend Payments and Yield on Realbricks

Timing

• Dividends are distributed quarterly to investors on the Realbricks platform.

Estimated Yield

• Investors benefit from an estimated 6% annual dividend yield, calculated based on highly vetted long-term rental properties. 

Payment Mechanism

• Dividends are generated from rental income collected from the properties listed on the platform

• After property management expenses are subtracted, the remaining rental income is distributed to investors proportionate to the shares they own in the asset.

• Payments are sent directly to the investor’s Realbricks wallet.

Transparency

• Each property’s performance, including rental income and estimated yield, is clearly outlined on its listing page.
